Overview
Students are encouraged to submit posters for the student poster sessions at IEEE ICA 2023. The sessions offer a unique opportunity for students to present their work to the entire conference audience through one-on-one discussions alongside their posters. The Program Committee will select the “Best Student Poster Award” recipient.
Important Dates
- Submission Deadline : November 10th, 2023 (AoE)
- Author Notification : November 15th, 2023 (AoE)
- Camera-ready of Accepted Abstracts : November 30th, 2023 (AoE)
Submission
Instructions
Students are expected to present their poster during the student poster sessions. An acceptable submission must include both the abstract and the PDF of the poster.
The abstract submission must contain the following information:
- Title of the poster
- Names and institutions of the authors
- Student author (Y/N)
- A brief abstract (less than 500 words)
- A list of keywords
We strongly recommend all abstract submissions to use the following template.
- All submitted posters must use the A1 format.
- All submissions will be reviewed by IEEE ICA 2023 Program Committee and decisions will be made available via email.
- Authors are expected to respond to review comments and, if necessary, resubmit their updated abstracts or/and posters.
- Abstracts and posters are not published in the IEEE ICA 2023 Proceedings.
